Rene AKA Smooth Operator: Certified Level 3 Master Technician Trainer
Rene has been in the retail Wireless industry dating back 8 years where he oversaw daily retail operations and managed the service center at one of Atlanta's largest Wireless Premium Master Agents. During this time, in 2008, Rene has created from ground up a Cell Phone Repair Department for the Master Agent to service and repair all local Authorized cell phone retailers defective out-of-box handsets. With Rene's extensive retail knowledge due to many years of vendor relationships, and operating a succesful repair department from ground up, he is a valued instructor who has joined the Wild PCS Team to bring his wealth of knowledge to our students and training course. |

Yes, Girls Can Fix Phones! Lluvia has been with Wild PCS dating back to 2004 and held multiple leading roles for the company. Lluvia has overseen the retail repair operations for both our Wild PCS Fresno, CA and Las Vegas, NV repair centers. She has over 8 years experience in servicing all manufactured cell phone brands, hiring and training quality technicians, strong vendor relationships to manage inventory control, and great customer retention skills and knows how to market a thriving cell phone repair business. Due to her outstanding repair skills and business know-how, in 2009 Lluvia has come on as a full time instructor for Wild PCS to help push the training to the next level. |

Tom AKA Tom: Certified Level 3 Master Technician Trainer
Tom a native of the Chicagoland area worked in Corporate IT for 12 years and was Senior Manager for one of the countries largest online education company. During his tenure as a corporate IT manager, Tom managed and oversaw all Telco accounts with wireless vendors for their corporate end users. With a large workforce of employees damaging their devices on a daily basis, and wireless carriers having no solutions for damaged products, a vision to repair these corporate devices was born. Tom and Dinyo's friendship dates back many years and Dinyo certified Tom to service all their corporate Blackberry Devices, and to help penetrate their services to other corporate markets. Tom and Dinyo's collaboration lead to a partnership to grow one of the only cell phone repair training course in the country. With Tom's strong corporate background, and being from an online education company, he has been a valued asset to the building process of the course and to the Wild PCS team. |

Dinyo AKA Master Tang: Certified Level 3 Master Technician Trainer
Dinyo has been in the retail wireless and repair industry dating back 15 years where he owned and operated several successful wireless businesses in the Fresno, CA area. In 1995 Dinyo's electronics degree and passion for consumer electronic products lead him to being one of the only licensed service center for three of the top cell phone manufacturers in the Fresno area and Wild PCS was born. Wild PCS has established wholesale repair accounts with over 50 wireless carriers in the region and became one of the largest cell phone repair wholesalers in the country. In 1998, due to the overwhelming demand from cell phone business owners wanting to learn how to service and repair cell phones, Wild PCS Cellular Repair Training was born. In 2006 Wild PCS offered its cellular repair training to the general public and the rest you can say is history...Wild PCS being the first company in the US to offer formal training on cell phone repair, single handedly started the repair industry in the country. With over 1500 students trained, and people flying in from all over the world to attend the trainig, he takes great pride knowing who started one of the fastest growing sector in the wireless industry. |
