Last year i opened up a Multi carrier cell phone retail store. Store is doing great but i was missing one important thing "Repairs". I Was sending all my repair customers to a 3rd person for any repair and some of them were happy and some of them weren't. My instructor was Edwin Martinez. Amazing teacher , extremely Patience, Knowledgeable,Understanding and by far the best hands on trainer i have ever worked with. I don't know where to begin to tell you how awesome this class was for me. Before this class i was scared to even try to take phone LCD off from the phone and now i feel i can take apart any thing related to my business. I am ordering my tool kit from WILD PCS and can't wait to take my store to the next level. I am confident and very excited to start working on my customers phones and fixing them with a peace of mind that I am a certified Cellular Master Technician. Yeahhhhhhhh.
