I recently attended the 5 day training session in Las Vegas (May 2016.) I have been in the wireless business at every level for 21 years. In all that time I had never attempted to fix a phone or other wireless device. Our instructor Frank was fantastic. I left feeling confident that I could now successfully repair and profit from what I had learned. I own several Boost Mobile stores in Colorado and this is now another turn key revenue stream for our company. Frank brings his incredible knowledge and experience of device repair and his intense understanding of retail as well in a manner that was fun and practical. I would recommend the class to anyone.
