This is an outstanding course delivered by an outstanding instructor; Feliciano was very knowledgeable, thorough & practical. The material presented was well-structured, thought-provoking, and all-together invaluable, this is a body of knowledge that all technicians should have. Moreover, the shared experiences of the instructor and class made it quite interesting and I'm grateful to Wild PCS for the quality of the course and caliber of our instructor Feliciano.
