I was very fortunate to take the one-week Wild PCS class in Las Vegas with Frank Dalessandro. Frank is an exceptional instructor and individual. He is a class act. I found about Wild PCS as I recently (with only knowing very little about the cell phone repair industry) made an offer to buy an existing cell phone repair center. The owner of that repair center recommended that I take the Wild PCS one-week course before I purchase his business as he said they are the best repair school. He was 100% correct. And I was fortunate to have Frank Dalessandro as my instructor. Frank is very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure his students learn the materials (student failure is not an option with Frank). He made the class very entertaining as well due to his hilarious sense of humor which I valued a lot. The week flew by since Frank made the class so interesting and fun. And I must say that I was amazed at my knowledge level when I completed the training. Frank and Wild PCS exceeded my expectations. The week after the class I went back to the owner of the repair center I planned on buying and it turned out I learned techniques that he did not do himself at his business (Level 3 repair and water repair techniques). The owner told me he subs out his Level 3 (soldering) repairs since they are too difficult. That made me feel empowered as Frank taught me all of those Level 3 techniques. I am extremely grateful to Frank and Wild PCS for taking me under their wing and doing such a phenomenal job of teaching me. Now that the course is over Frank has been very generous sharing his time with me by telephone and text as well and helping me carefully navigate my next steps in this exciting industry. I highly recommend this course and highly, highly recommend their rock star instructor, Frank Dalessandro too!

Wild PCS is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He has my utmost respect. His teaching methods will take a novice to expert, as long as, they follow his concepts and repeat, repeat, repeat until the skill is embedded in their mind. Great Teacher, Great Person and kind soul. Stay Strong and Stay Blessed.

Well I came home from the Dallas training facility fired up and confident but I wanted to give it a week or so and see if I still had the same feeling before I wrote another shiny 5 star review for Wild PCS. Well I have spent my first week putting into practice the information and techniques we were given and I can honestly say I have no regrets. The hands on training and the information supplied during the course has proven to be invaluable. I have successfully completed several cell phone repairs this week that I would not have attempted before the class. The supplier and support contacts that I was given will be used for years to come. The after class support was there when I needed it. Our class instructor, was not only impressively knowledgeable, but was able to get even the most reserved student engaged and made whole learning experience fun. I have to admit it, this was money well spent. I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone with a desire to enter this field, take a week and go to this course. Thanks again to the whole Wild PCS Group. Damn, wouldn't you know it, another shiny five star review.

Taking this course was the best thing I've done for myself in 20 years. Our instructor Frank Dalessandro managed to condense his extensive knowledge of the cell phone repair industry and years of experience into one information packed week - covering everything from troubleshooting procedures on through to proper soldering techniques. I know what to do from the moment a customer hands me their broken phone to the moment I hand it back to them completely fixed. Having this certification will open many doors for me. Thank you Frank and thank you Wild PCS!!
