I really enjoyed this class. Although not having any phone and tablet device repair experience, I feel I can repair anything.

Edwin showed me technics that is very helpful. He has a love for repairing and love for teaching.

I’ve attended many class room trainings in both my military and civilian careers. I have to say that Frank has definitely ranked in my upper echelon of instructors. He Is very knowledgeable and he knows how to teach the course in an organized manner while not being boring. I found Frank’s examples of his real life experiences invaluable because I know that they will help me not to make the same mistakes and give me a better chance for success. Of course the most important thing about the CMT course is whether you know how to repair when the course is over. Frank will literally perform the repair techniques in front of you and stand over your shoulder to guide you as you replicate what he showed you. As I mentioned earlier, Frank is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He really shows the quality of people that Wild PCS has placed on their team.

My wife and I attended the March 21st-25th training in Dallas. We already had some experience in repairing cell phones and wanted to learn soldering to offer our customers more options for repairs. Well during the training we learned multiple soldering techniques and we also learned liquid damage repair that left us shaking our heads in disbelief. Al is an awesome instructor who takes the time to make sure you understand everything before moving on and he was always willing to stay after class to answer questions or just chat.
