The Wild PCS repair training course was taught in a friendly and professional manner by an instructor (Frank) who was able to clearly demonstrate a command of the subject material. It was evident throughout the course that Frank not only has extensive training, but also a great deal of real world experience in repair techniques and best practices. Taking this class is as close as you can get to having a subject matter expert as your mentor. He also covers every conceivable aspect of the repair industry including business operations. Upon completion of the five day class I felt confident that I would be able to troubleshoot and repair almost any device professionally and profitably.

This is a true tech's course! Plenty of hands on by professionals that have been there and are doing the work. I knew nothing about cell phones from a technical perspective before the course started and now I'm not worried about opening / repairing anything, and beginning my business on the right foot. It's great that the Wild team stand behind their data and there students. Alvaro knows his stuff and I'm confident the rest of the team do as well.
