I attended the 5 day CMT training in Dallas. Feliciano is the man...Flat out. He is very patient with all students and will stick with you until you get it. I feel that this class has prepared me for all of the encounters I will see as a technician. The cost of the class may seem pretty high in comparison to others, but the knowledge you can gain from this class is priceless.
