Excellent class. I began my career in law enforcement in 1989 and I have been doing Mobile Forensics for about the last six years. During that time I have taken many different classes on the subject of Mobile Forensics. The class I attended at Wild PCS was their JTAG mobile forensic class. I have taken other classes on JTAG, but this was the best training I have received so far. The most beneficial part about the class was the first two days. During that time Frank, who was the instructor, taught us how to take apart, repair and power phones in different stages of damage. As a police officer, I very seldom get cell phones that suspects voluntarily turn over undamaged. The suspects usually try to damage the phones in some way, to render them useless. More often than not, I get phones that have been damaged. Prior to this class my JTAG skills were of no use, because no one had ever taught me how to take apart and repair these damaged cell phones. Excellent job Frank, you have a God given gift to teach. This JTAG class with the two day portion on repairing damaged cell phones, is a must for anyone wanting to be successful in mobile forensics.
